Instructions
Step 1
Combined ground chicken with green onion whites, pepper, ginger, cornstartch, soya sauce & fish sauce and set aside
Step 2
Added boillion/water to pot (made this recipe in both wok and large pot), when starts to boil, add napa cabbage and reduce heat to medium. Add carrots and use small cookie scoop to half fill spoons into cabbage broth. Made approximately 65 balls. Cook for about 15 minutes until bed is softened and broccoli stalks & green onion closer to serving. Add hot pepper flakes and season as needed.
