Slow cooker butter chicken curry

1onion
600gchicken thighs
1 Tbspginger
1 Tbspgarlic
60gbutter
1 Tbspgaram masala
1 Tbspcurry powder
1 Tbspchilli powder
1 tsppaprika
1 tspturmeric
½ tspcinnamon
2 tspsugar
1 Tbsptomato puree
6cardamon pods
400mltinned tomatoes
100mlchicken stock
100mlsingle cream

Instructions
Step 1
Add everything except the cream to the slow cooker, mix together, season well and cook for 3 hours on high or 5-6 on low
Step 2
20 minutes before serving add in the single cream
Step 3
Garnish with a drizzle of cream & fresh coriander and get stuck in
