½ cuppitted green olives
or black, halved
1onion
small, diced
2cloves garlic
minced
1 tspsmoked paprika

or water
1 Tbspolive oil
salt
to taste
pepper
Fresh parsley
or coriander for garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Step 2
Add diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until soft.
Step 3
Stir in tomato paste and chipotle peppers. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add shredded chicken, olives, smoked paprika, and chicken broth. Stir well.
