Instructions
Step 1
Heat up julienne cut tomatoes and minced garlic in a pot on the stove
Step 2
Add 4 cups of heavy whipping cream and let simmer
Step 3
Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper and bring to a boil
Step 4
Add spinach once sauce is brought to a boil, decrease to simmer
Step 5
Add your cheese (about 1 cup) into the sauce and stir
Step 6
Combine your fully cooked pasta, bacon (crumbled into small pieces), and sauce and enjoy!
