Step 1
Make rice.
Step 2
Press tofu. Rip into chunks. Add soy sauce, Sesame Oil and corn starch. Mix well and stick in airfyer.

Saté mushrooms.
Step 4
Add splash of Coconut milk. Add curry paste and mix. Cook until fragrent.
Step 5
Rest of coconut milk in. Add 1/4 can water (use can from coco milk). Add soy sauce and sugar. Add baby corn. Add snap peas.
Step 6
Cook for 10 min.
Step 7
Plate up!
