chicken breast
8Garlic Cloves
1 heaped tspGinger
4 TbspNatural Yoghurt
1 tspsalt
1 tspblack pepper
¾ tspturmeric
1 heaped tspCoriander Powder
1 tspcumin powder
1 tspgaram masala powder
1 ½ tspTandoori masala powder
½ tspkashmiri chilli powder
1 tsponion powder
dried fenugreek
1 Tbsptomato purée
0.25Lemon
Juice
2 Tbspvegetable oil
1 heaped tspMint Sauce
Dressing
Instructions
Step 1

dice chicken
Step 2

blend dry ingredients
Step 3

add wet ingredients and combine with dry and mix well to create marinate
Step 4

add chicken
Step 5

marinate for at least 1 hour
Step 6

airfry or pan fry chicken until crispy edges form - this can be charred
The Dressing
Step 7

Pour hot water over mint and turmeric
Step 8

add yoghurt and mix well, add additional cool water if required to gain the correct consistency
