Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 180C. Mix oats (add more if no rye) buckwheat, sesame seeds abd coconut.
Step 2
Mix oil and honey in small pot, heat over low flame till hot. Pour over oat mix and stir thoroughly.
Step 3

Spread half of mixture over lined baking tray. Bake 5 mins. Stir to prevent overcooking on edges. Bake 4- 5 min. Pour into second mixing bowl. Repeat with other half of mixture.
Step 4
Chop almonds, walnuts and cashews in food processor. Add these and pepitas and sunflower seeds to the mixture. Mix wel and cool before storing in a airtight container.
