Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2
Open the cans of biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters.
Step 3
In a large mixing bowl, combine the biscuit pieces, marinara sauce, half of the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, and Italian seasoning (if using). Gently toss until the biscuit pieces are well coated.

Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour the biscuit mixture into the dish, spreading it out evenly. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 6
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired. Serve warm.
