¼ cupoat bran
10mlcinnamon
5mlground ginger
¼ tspSalt
3 Tbscanola oil
5mlVanilla
3 TbsBlackstrap molasses

Step-by-Step Instructions
Prepare
Preheat
Oven oven
Preheat, Set your to 300°F, 150°C
baking sheet
Prepare Baking Sheet, Line, large or a silicone baking mat
parchment paper
Ingredients
Combine Dry
Oats
In very large bowl, combine
Bulgar wheat
Buckwheat
Seeds
Oat Bran
Whey Isolate
Salt
canola oil
In a separate medium bowl, whisk together
vanilla
cinnamon
ground ginger
Blackstrap Molasses
until they are well combined
Mix
Coat

Pour lightly beaten over the dry mixture and stir immediately until the ingredients are just lightly coated
