Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Place gnocchi, sausages, grape tomatoes, pasta sauce, and chicken stock on a sheet pan.
Step 3
Season with salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika.
Step 4
Mix all ingredients together until well combined and spread evenly on the pan.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for about 45 min, or until sausages are cooked though. STIR HALF WAY THROUGH. Spinach and parm with about 10-15 min remaining.
Step 6
Remove from oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
