Ingredients

3 tablespoonsolive oil
½ cupmarinara sauce
1onion
large, chopped
½ cupfresh parsley
chopped
2cloves garlic
minced
1 teaspoondried basil
4tomatoes
large, seeded and diced
1 teaspoondried oregano
1 teaspoonsalt
2carrots
diced
1 teaspoonfreshly ground pepper
2stalks celery
diced
12 cupswater
¼ cupdry white wine
1 cuptomato sauce
½ cupmacaroni
cooked
Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a large soup pot over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; sauté 3 to 5 minutes.
Step 2
Stir in tomatoes, carrots, and celery; sauté 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add water, tomato sauce, marinara sauce, parsley, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 1 hour.
Step 5
Stir in wine and macaroni. Cook 10 to 15 minutes.
