Instructions

Step 1
In a large pot, add the onion and green peppers with a tbsp butter and stir over medium heat until the onion is translucent.
Step 2
Add in the minced beef, frozen veg, and relish and let cook for 15 - 20 minutes, until the vegetables are cooked.
Step 3
Add a dollop of tomato sauce to break the acidity.
Step 4
Add in turmeric, curry powder, salt, pepper and Italian herbs.
Step 5
In a large pot, add the chopped up potato and cover in boiling salted water.
Step 6
Once the potatoes are soft, drain the water, add 3 tbsp butter and mash until smooth.
