Instructions
Prep Shrimp
Step 1
Pat shrimp dry
Step 2
Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, garlic powder
Cook shrimp

Bump temperature to medium high heat

Add touch more olive oil and add shrimp in single layer

Cook 60-90 seconds per side until just opaque

Add veggies back in for last minute

If desired, squeeze a bit of lemon or lime and some butter. Adjust salt to taste.
Cook vegetables

Heat large skillet to medium heat

First, cook onion with olive oil until soft

Second, add bell peppers and cook 2-3 minutes until tender

Add asparagus until bright green with a slight snap

Make marinade and assemble bowls
