Instructions

Step 1
Cut chicken into chunks mix nutmeg,cumin,ginger,chilli,turmeric,salt and pepper

In a bowl.
Step 3
Add chicken and coat.
Step 4
In a pan melt butter add onion and garlic sauté.
Step 5
Add chicken to the pan and cook till brown.
Step 6
Then add tomato paste and garam masala mix well.
Step 7
Slowly add cream and mix well simmer for about 15 minutes or till chicken is cooked
Step 8
Serve on rice
