Instructions
Step 1
Soak chia seeds overnight or for 1/2 a day
Step 2
Put blueberries, mango, pineapple and half a cup of water in blender cup
Step 3
Add frozen kale to blender cup
Step 4
Add a teaspoon of honey with the comb
Step 5
Add soaked chia seeds with half the soaking water
Step 6
Add a big splash of kefir
Step 7
Pulse blend for 2 min
Step 8
Pour into cup
Step 9
Grate turmeric root, ginger root, and fresh ground black pepper on top
Step 10
Mix with spoon and eat
