Instructions
Step 1
Put red peppers without liquid into a blender, add all herbs and spices: onion powder, garlic powder, salt, chilli powder, paprika and dried parsley. Blend on high until peppers are smooth.
Step 2
Fry minced beef in fry light or olive oil until browned.
Step 3
Add the pureed mix, stock pot and chickpeas and stir occasionally until stock pot dissolves.
Step 4
Simmer for 20-30 minutes.
