Instructions

Step 1
Combine the spinach, garlic, tomatoes, and capsicum in a large bowl.
Step 2
Add in the vinegar, sriracha (if using), coriander, paprika, salt and black pepper, and mix through.
Step 3
Add the tofu, yeast, turmeric, and lemon juice into a blender. Blend until combined.
Step 4
Divide the tomato mixture between plates. Add dollops of the tofu mixture on top until all used. Serve and enjoy!
