Creamy Meatball Orzo Bake

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Place Boursin in the center of a 9x13 baking dish.
Step 3
Add sun-dried tomatoes around it.
Step 4
Pour in dried orzo.
Step 5
Add broth, Italian seasoning, salt + pepper.
Step 6
Add spinach and frozen meatballs.
Step 7
Cover tightly with foil.
Step 8
Bake 20 minutes.
Step 9
Remove foil and stir, breaking up the Boursin.
Step 10
Bake uncovered another 10-15 minutes, until orzo is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
Step 11
Let it sit 3-5 minutes before serving. Finish with basil if you want.
