4cloves garlic

1red bell pepper

1sweet potato

1 x 13.5 ozunsweetened light coconut milk
¼ cupwater
1 teaspoonbeef base
4 tablespoonstomato paste
1 tablespoonpeanut butter
1.5 Tablespooncurry powder
1 teaspoonsalt
2 tablespoonsbrown sugar
2bay leaves
2 tablespoonslime juice
½ cupfrozen green peas
Instructions
Step 1
Add all ingredients except lime juice and frozen green peas to the slow cooker. Mix ingredients thoroughly and cook on high heat for 4-6 hours or until the meat is tender. During the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the lime juice and frozen green peas. Mix and cook till hot, about 15-30 minutes. Serve
