Instructions

Step 1
Put oven on 180. Mix rice, soya and sesame oil in a bowl and then spread on top of a baking paper on a oven tray. Bake for 30min until crispy

Cook the breaded chicken

Thinly slice the cucumber, spring onion and dice avocado. Mix all with beans in a bowl.

Mix sauce

Cut chicken into cubes and in the salad bowl, mix rice, chicken and sauce
Step 6
Top with sesame seeds and crispy chili oil
