Instructions
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a pan.
Step 2
Sauté diced onion, add and brown mince.
Step 3
Add raisins, apricot jam, curry powder, turmeric, mixed spice, bay leaves, parsley, and coriander.

Pour in beef stock and simmer until sticky but not dry.
Step 5
Cover noodles with boiling water, stand until soft, then drain.
Step 6
Mix noodles through mince and spoon into a baking dish.
Step 7
Beat eggs and milk together, pour over mince.
Step 8
Bake for 15 minutes at 200°C until topping is golden.
Step 9
Serve with chutney and coriander.
