Step 1

Mix all ingredients except banana. Light stir, leave lumpy. Butter an electric skillet and place sliced bananas on top then pour battet in a circle pattern over the bananas starting on the outside and filling in the middle. Cook til done. Top with maple syrup &/or powder sugar
