Instructions

Step 1
1)Whisk eggs with milk, salt and pepper 2)Add oil to frying pan and heat high and turn to mid temperature 3) Add the egg mix and cook untol the base is fully cooked but the top is still runny 4) sprinkle grated cheese over the top 5) remove from hob and place frying pan under a pre-heated grill 6) cook under the grill until the top is cooked through 7) gently tip the omelette onto a plate and fold over the last half 8) serve hot or cold.
