1. We put the flour in a large mixing bowl and then make a hole in the middle. Add salt, baking powder, oil, vinegar and yogurt. Start mixing with your hands and add the water gradually (DO NOT ADD all water in one go)

When the dough started taking shape, move it on your kitchen counter and kneet it for 10 minutes. Add more flour if the dough is too sticky.

We put the dough in a bowl and let it rest while we prepare the filling.

Put the meat in a large mixing bowl, add the grated onions. Season with salt, paprika powder, and pepper. Mix everything well and leave it aside for later.

Wet the sides of your dough with water and close the dough shut then press with your hands to seal. Do the same for the rest of your dough.

In a large frying pan, add a generous amount of frying oil. Fry each Suberek for 3-4 minutes on medium heat. For best results base them like a steak or keep flipping for even cooking. Put them on a cooling rack or paper towel when they are done cooking to remove excess oil.
