Instructions
Step 1
Season ground chicken with oregano, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Step 2
Lay out flour tortillas and spread the seasoned chicken mixture thinly and evenly on one side of each tortilla.
Step 3
Heat a pan with a little oil. Place tortillas chicken-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden. Flip and cook the other side. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
Step 4
Thinly chop romaine lettuce, toss with Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese.
Step 5
Place the Caesar salad mix on top of the tortillas (chicken side up). Sprinkle with more Parmesan and crushed croutons.
