Ingredients

12 ozmaple breakfast sausage

2 x 15 ozcans great northern white beans
drained
4 ozcan diced green chilies
10 ozcan ro-tel
15 ozcan pumpkin puree
3 ½ cupschicken bone broth
you can do the whole 32oz carton if you prefer a more soupy chili, I make it both ways depending on my mood
1 ½ teaspoonground cumin
1 ½ teaspoonchili powder
1 teaspoonground nutmeg
½ teaspoonblack pepper
8 ozcream cheese

Instructions
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low 6-8 hours
Step 2
About 30-40 min before serving, cut up 8oz of cream cheese and stir periodically until melted.
Step 3
Top with green onion, cheddar cheese, and sour cream.
Step 4
Serve with cornbread and I always add a bunch of honey to the mixture, then also some honey on top right before I put it in the oven.
