Instructions
Step 1
• Step 1 in a small bowl, sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Make well in center.
• Step 2 add in milk, banana, egg and oil until smooth. Using rubber spatula, stir until mostly smooth (some small lumps are OK).
• Step 3 Heat your favorite waffle iron. Put the walnuts and chocolate chips in as you cook the waffles.
- Plate and top with extra banana and anything else you'd like
