Instructions

Step 1
In a shallow bowl, whisk the egg. In a second shallow bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.

Wash and peel the carrot before grating. Slice tomatoes, jalapenos and gherkins separately. Wash lettuce and cut bun in half.

Drizzle sweet chilli sauce onto the bottom bun and place chicken on top. Put on cheese, lettuce, carrot, tomato, gherkins and jalapenos. Place the top burger bun on and serve.
