Instructions

Step 1
Cook the chickpea pasta according to package instructions. Reserve ¼ cup pasta water, then drain.
Step 2
In a blender or food processor combine cottage cheese and marinara. Blend 20–30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Step 3
In a large pan combine blended marinara sauce, chicken, peas, garlic powder, italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes until hot. If sauce gets thick, add a little reserved pasta water.
Step 4
Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss well. Stir in parmesan. Serve.
