Instructions
Step 1
(if chicken is ready) Make the sauce:
Chop garlic, ginger, the chili pepper. On a medium heat pan, add the garlic ginger and chilli. Cook ideally without oil just with a little water. Then add 1 teaspoon of curry powder or garam masala. Stir it for 30 seconds. Then add 2-3 tablespoons of coconut milk, the juice from half lemon, a little water and one teaspoon of soya sauce.
Step 2
Add the shredded chicken and let it simmer for 3-5 min on medium heat. Add salt and pepper or chili flakes if needed
