Cooked white rice – 300 g Mixed dal (cooked) – 250 g Paneer – 150 g Ghee – 10 g Salt, turmeric, jeera – as needed

Instructions

Step 1
Heat ghee in a pan, add jeera and spices. Add cooked dal and simmer for 5 minutes. Lightly sauté paneer cubes separately (optional). Serve rice in a bowl, pour dal over it. Add paneer cubes on top.
