Instructions
Step 1
Put all ingredients in a large pot except for heavy cream and Parmesan and pine nuts
Step 2
Bring to a boil and cover. Boil for 10 to 12 minutes or until pasta is al dente. Add 1 to 2 cups of water as needed and continue to boil if needed.
Step 3
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan until creamy. Serve with pine nuts and extra Parmesan
