Place sliced onions in a baking dish with paprika, salt, pepper, silan, and a generous drizzle of olive oil, then mix well.
Step 3
Cut the top off the garlic head, place it in the center of the onions, and drizzle it with olive oil.
Step 4
Cover the dish with parchment paper and then foil, and bake at 190°C for 60 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
Step 5
In a separate bowl, toss tofu cubes with 1 tbsp olive oil and cornstarch until coated.
Step 6
Cook the tofu until golden: either bake for 25 minutes, air fry at 190°C for 10 minutes, or pan-fry.
Step 7
Remove onions from the oven, squeeze the roasted garlic cloves into the onions, and mix.
Step 8
Fold the crispy tofu into the onion mixture, adjust seasoning, and serve over rice.
