Step 1
Preheat oven to 170°C

Beat egg whites until soft peaks form

Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl

In another bowl, mix all wet ingredients (except egg whites)

Combine mixtures

Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix well

Fold in egg whites

Gently fold in whipped egg whites to keep batter light and fluffy
