This porridge mix can be stored for 4 weeks and tastes incredible with the mixture of nuts and seeds. It's high protein, full of beneficial plant chemicals in the grains and tastes divine. Instructions

For the porridge mix

Gather your ingredients
Step 2
Put the oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, hazelnuts, walnuts and hemp seeds into a food processor and blitz into a rough mixture. Store in an airtight container. Keeps for 4 weeks.

For serving

Step 3
A serving is 80g of the porridge mix. Toast the mixture for a minute or two in a dry pan on medium heat, then add the milk.
Step 4
Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently until it starts to thicken.
Step 5
Then add the cinnamon, cacao powder, a pinch of salt and the maple syrup, if using, and continue to cook until you reach a porridge consistency.
Step 6
Serve with the frozen berries and banana
