Step 1
Place pasta, cherry tomatoes, garlic, onion, tomato sauce, oregano, salt, and black pepper into a large pot.

2. Pour in the chicken stock and heavy cream. Stir gently so the pasta is mostly submerged.

3. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce to medium and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally so the pasta doesn’t stick.

4. As the pasta cooks, the liquid will reduce and thicken into a creamy sauce.

5. Stir in the grated parmesan and cook another 1-2 minutes until the sauce becomes silky and coats the pasta.
