Instructions

Cashew chesse sauce

Boil cashews

Blend it all together in a blender * use the cashew water not plain water

Potato Cheese Sauce

Blend it all together * use some of the caramalised onions made for the lasagna

Mince (Tofu)

Grate tofu
Step 5
Fry tofu

Add 2 tbso cornstarch to tofu

Add sticky ribs lappies braai sauce as needed

Rest of mince

Caramalise garlic
Step 9
Add 2 chopped tomatoes

Add garlic and sundried tomatoes

Add spices

Add grated carrot and grated baby marrow

Add tomato paste

Add vegan mince, lemon juice, tofu mince

Putting it all together

In large skillet, add (in order, in layers) 1) Mince 2) Potato cheese sauce 3) Lasagna sheets 4) Cashew sauce Repeat

Cook (checking intermittently) with lid for 30 minutes Then 15 minutes without lid. Low heat throughout. May need to add some water to create steam
