Flatbread pizza
Quick Tip: If you want an extra crispy bottom, preheat the baking sheet in the oven while you prep the pizzas, then slide the flatbread onto the hot tray.

Instructions
Step 1
1. Place your flatbread on a baking sheet. Pro Tip: Lightly brush the edges with olive oil and a pinch of garlic salt for a "fancy" crust vibe.
Step 2
2. The Sauce: Don't overthink it. Use 2–3 tablespoons of jarred marinara or pizza sauce (whatever is preferred)
Step 3
3. Layer on your favorites. Keep toppings thinly sliced so they cook as fast as the bread heats up.
Step 4
4. Pop it in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 8 to 10 minutes. You’re looking for the cheese to bubble and the edges of the flatbread to turn golden brown.
