Izvagati 50 gr suhe palente i skuhati je u 200 ml slane vode (ili po uputama sa pakovanja). Servirati u tanjir, te dodati 60 gr tune u vlastitom sosu preko. Začiniti preko sa začinima po želji (npr: crni biber, so, par kapi limunovog soka, par kapi maslinovog ulja)
