Ingredients

1sweet potato
chopped, skin on
1 bunchspinach
chaya, no stems, chopped
1 headbroccoli
chopped
2eggs
1 cupblack beans
cooked
1 Tbspcocoa powder
natural
½ Tbspceylon cinnamon
salt
1can sardines
1 cuppurslane
washed
2 Tbspevoo
1lime
zested and juiced
1 inchginger
minced
2cloves garlic
habanero sauce
0.5avocado
sliced
1 cupred cabbage
finely shredded
Instructions
Step 1
In a pot, boil the Sweet Potato and Chaya for 20 minutes. Add the Broccoli and Eggs for the last 10 minutes, then drain and take eggs out.
Step 2
In the pot, stir in the Beans, Cocoa Powder, Cinnamon, and salt to create the mash.
Step 3
Blend the Sardines, Verdolaga, EVOO, Lime Zest, Lime Juice, Garlic, Ginger, and Habanero with a splash of water to create the pâté.
Step 4
Top the mash with the avocado, red cabbage, and pâté. Serve.
