Instructions

Step 1
First ,chop the spring onion

Crack the eggs in to a bowl but do not mix
Step 3
Cut the meat into any shape you want
Step 4
Get some day old rice
Step 5
Then put the egg into the wok

Thencquickly brake up the egg into smll pieces then let it cook for 1 min

Add the rice and mix with the egg,you can toss the wok if u want but i dont recommend tossing the wok but you should do the normal way

Add soysauce and mix it with the rice untill the rice turns like brown but if you stired and only some of the rice is still white, do not add more

Finally, add the meat and the spring onion inside
Step 10
Then you may serve in bowl or plate
