Instructions
Step 1
Cook the macaroni in salted water until just tender. Drain and keep aside.
Step 2
Step 2 – Boil the vegetables (potato, carrot, French beans, and green peas) until slightly soft. Set aside.

Step 3 – Marinate the beef and pork with a little salt, turmeric, and black pepper. Sear the meat until lightly browned, then keep aside.

Step 4 – Heat oil and butter in a large pan.

Step 5 – Chop onion, tomato, and capsicum. Add them to the pan and sauté until soft. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and mix well.

Step 6 – Add all-purpose flour, garam masala, whole spices (pepper, cloves, cinnamon), water, and cook until you get a light gravy. Stir in the chilli flakes.

Step 7 – Add the seared beef and pork along with the boiled vegetables. Mix well and allow everything to simmer together.

Step 8 – Adjust seasoning with salt. Finally, add the cooked macaroni and toss everything together until well combined.
