Instructions

Step 1
Method - Heat oil in a pan. - Add rai and curry leaves. - Add green chilli and onion, sauté well. - Add tomato and cook until soft. - Add salt, haldi, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder and zeera powder. - Add little water and cook the masala. - Add boiled chawli and mix well. - Add tamarind pulp and simmer for a few minutes. - Garnish with fresh dhaniya.
