Meatballs
Tender turkey meatballs mixed with grated carrot and seasonings, browned then simmered with onion, tomato, and ketchup to make a simple gravy thickened at the end.

Instructions
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together except for tomato, medium onion, steak and soul seasonings.
Step 2
Roll ground turkey mixture into balls. Brown in a saucepan.
Step 3
Pour off excess oil. Pour water in pan until meatballs are covered.
Step 4
Add sliced onion, tomato and ketchup. Add steak and soul seasonings to taste.
Step 5
Simmer for 30 minutes. The last 5 minutes add cornstarch to thicken gravy.
