Step 1
Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).

Prep the chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel. Cut them into even pieces or leave whole (thin cutlets cook best).

Season: Rub the chicken with olive oil. Mix the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, then coat both sides of the chicken evenly.

Air fry: Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15 to 18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Step 5
Make the glaze: While the chicken cooks, whisk together the honey, melted butter, and soy sauce in a small bowl.
Step 6
Coat and serve: Remove the cooked chicken from the air fryer, brush or toss it with the honey glaze, and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
