Cheesy, beefy pasta bowls with classic cheeseburger flavors. Lean beef, passata and cheddar coat pasta, then it’s topped with lettuce, pickles and a quick burger sauce.

Instructions

Step 1
Boil the pasta until tender, then drain and set aside.
Step 2
Finely dice the red onion and cook with the beef mince in a non-stick pan until browned.
Step 3
Stir in the garlic powder, salt, black pepper and passata, then simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the cooked pasta and half the cheddar, stirring until coated and glossy.
Step 5
In a small bowl, mix the light mayonnaise, tomato ketchup and yellow mustard to make a quick burger sauce.
Step 6
Spoon the cheesy beef pasta into 2 bowls and top with shredded lettuce and sliced gherkins.
Step 7
Finish with the remaining cheddar and a drizzle of burger sauce before serving.
