Vietnamese prawn and bacon fried rice
6 steps
Prep:20minCook:15min
This is a healthy Paleo version of a popular rice dish. Ideally, keep processed meats, such as bacon, to a minimum during your gut-restoration programme. Select nitrate-free, unprocessed bacon from pasture-raised pigs that has been cured using natural ingredients without artificial ingredients or preservatives.
