Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Chop up your bell pepper and onion.
Step 3
Mix your bell pepper, onion, tomato sauce, seasonings, bread crumbs/pieces, and egg all together with your ground beef. (Add in any extras you want at this time like the Worcestershire sauce) Mix well.
Step 4
Take your mixture and place it in a deep sided dish and mould into the shape of a loaf.
Step 5
Place in oven and cook for 25 minutes.
Step 6
Pull your meatloaf from the oven and add a layer of ketchup on top and replace your meatloaf in the oven and cook untill done.
