Ingredients
4 servings
2 Tbspsesame oil
1 Tbspolive oil
16 ozgreen cabbage
shredded, or coleslaw mix
90gred bell pepper
diced
4eggs
3cloves garlic
minced
¼ tspsalt
preference
2 tspground ginger
1 tsponion powder
¼ cupsoy sauce
2 Tbsprice vinegar
¼ tspblack pepper
1 Tbspchili paste
optional
1 tsperythritol
Ginger Aioli
Instructions
Step 1
1. Start by heating the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add in the minced garlic and sauté for 1 min.
Step 2
2. Then add in the cabbage and sauté for 3 mins. Add in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili paste, and remaining seasonings/spices. Toss and sauté for 2 mins.
Step 3
3. Push the contents of the skillet off to one side and add in 1 Tbsp of sesame oil and crack the eggs and scramble them in the oil and fry for 1 min. Then mix into the cabbage mix. Add in the remaining sesame oil and sauté for 2 mins.
Step 4
4. In a small bowl whisk together the aioli ingredients. Divide the eggroll in a bowl into 4 bowls then top with the aioli.
