1 ¼ cupbeef broth

1 x 15 ozcan tomato sauce

1 x 15 ozcan diced tomato

2 Tbspolive oil

1 tspitalian seasoning

1 Tbspsoy sauce

2bay leaves

ground black pepper

1 ½ cupelbow macaroni

1 cupshredded cheddar cheese

1 tspparsley

Instructions
Step 1
In large pot over medium heat, heat oil. Add onion, green pepper and garlic, cook until soft and fragrant. Add hamburger, season with salt and black pepper, cook until browned. Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, Italian seasoning, ground black pepper, soy sauce and bay leaves. Bring to a boil, stir in elbow macaroni. Bruh to simmer, cook until pasta is tender. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, remove from heat. Garnish with fresh parsley and shredded cheddar cheese, optional.
